Twitter Advertises Moments During 2015 World Series

When was the last time you saw a Twitter commercial on TV? Go ahead. I’ll wait.

. . . . .

If you answered never – you were close. Back in 2012 Twitter ran a TV advert during a Nascar race. If you missed that – you’ve never seen a Twitter ad.

Until the 2015 World Series where Twitter finally ran a brand new ad showing off the new Twitter Moments! We all know that Twitter badly needs a change – and when Moments first came out I mentioned that this looks like it may be the start of a drastic change at Twitter. The release of Moments was surrounded by a huge staff downsizing, the redesign of the Twitter follow buttons, and the launch of 24-hour polling – so hopefully I’m right.

If you missed the new ad you can watch it at the top of this post, or click here.
