Every now and then a real estate business asks to have an on-site calculator developed for their website – usually because they saw it on another site and thought it to be a good idea. I can’t argue here – it lets you provide a resource center your clients can bookmark and come back to again and again during their decision process. They develop a trust in your company, in you – for providing them such a comfortable shopping experience. It’s a great idea – and now it’s a much cheaper concept than it used to be, in fact it’s now free.

Calculators4Mortgages offers several different calculators which can quickly and easily be inserted into any existing website. Everything is remotely hosted – and requires 3 lines of code (if you want to format your code nicely and not squish everything onto 1 line). Currently Calculators4Mortgages offers the following remotely-hosted calculators for use on sites:

  • Refinance Calculator
  • Amortization Calculator
  • Monthly Payment Calculator
  • Prequalification Calculator
  • Compare Loans Calculator
  • Early Payoff Calculator
  • Affordability Calculator
  • Interest Only Calculator
  • Closing Costs Calculator
  • Loan APR Calculator
  • Downpayment Savings Calculator

  1. A mortgage calculator is definitely a helpful financial tool for homebuyers. Buying a property that’s way out of your price range could wind you up in a bigger debt trap and put you at greater risk of losing your home in the event of default or foreclosure.
