The Association for Police Officers is a not-for-profit 501(c)3 organization who promote officer safety through superior training. It is their goal to offer Law Enforcement Officers additional training which their current employer may not. Having a few close friends on the force here in New York, and seeing the original table-based layout that was built back in 2006 – and sadly never changed since then – I thought that AFPO would be a perfect place to give something back to the community and donate them a brand new website. So with that said today marks the launch of a new set of websites for AFPO – one global site and one specifically targeted towards New York City based police officers. The new pages maintain a patriotic look and feel to them which is something AFPO had made clear they wanted to maintain. Check them out at afnypo.org and afpohelps.com.

I’ve been a long time supporter for the Association for New York Police Officers – and having seen first hand the help they’ve given to my uncle, his unit, and many more police officers it truly warms my heart that you went out of your way and helped them out.
Thanks for making a donation to The Association for Police Officers. I’ve heard great things about their police officer training programs. It’s important to support groups like this in NY and beyond who have police safety in mind.
