I was contracted over the weekend by AfricaIQ to help them with some quick WordPress updates for their website – which needed to be done quickly since their site had to launch today. The changes consisted of mostly cosmetic fixes and updates – along with the development of a custom Categories listing widget, based off the default WordPress one – with the only difference being that it allows to hide specific categories from being listed.
Below is a shot of how their pages looked originally:

The blue highlights everywhere were way too overpowering – and the listing of the reports provided way too much extra meta information that was simply not necessary. With a few cosmetic changes using CSS – the pages now look alot cleaner:

It’s amazing what some minor changes can do for the entire look and feel of a website.
Amazing the sheer difference that a few slight cosmetic differences can make. Good work, as usual.

Simple yet it goes a long way to help provide a clean view for the content. Good work.

Thank you. There are a few more changes they wish to make in the future – and a few more I want to recommend myself. Budgets these days. You know
