For all of our hosting customers housed at the UK datacenter, would like to inform you about an upcoming maintenance in our UK Data Center scheduled to take place later this week.
Starting today May 14th, we will be relocating our servers to new racks and will also be performing a major network upgrade. The expected downtime frame for the scheduled maintenance procedures is about 1 hour.
Since we are following a dynamic schedule, which is constantly being updated, I cannot give you an exact date and time frame for the transfer of your particular server. However, I can assure you that all procedures will be performed with minimum downtime. Also, no action will be required on your end while the maintenance is taking place.
