Back in July we first mentioned the Google Adwords Mastercard for Businesses – which was piloted to a select amount of U.S. based businesses. Today Google announced the launch of the AdWords Business Credit UK pilot, with more invites for U.S. businesses being promised next.

There are a few key differences to take note of with the UK program as opposed to the US one. First off in the UK, AdWords Business Credit will have a variable 11.9% APR; (compared to the 8.99% APR the US pilot offered). Furthermore the UK programs’ Mastercard will be offered through a partnership with Barclaycard, part of the Barclays group; (while the US one stays with Comenity Capital Bank).

Neither card will have annual fees, and they both promise to have an “ample credit limit for AdWords“. For more info head on over to http://www.google.co.uk/adwords/businesscredit
