So after some pressure from various Twitter users Alexa has decided to keep the actual file with the top 1 million websites online – for research purposes.

However how long this will remain for is unclear. Alexa clearly wants to get rid of the list. This is however a perfect example of customer feedback making a change for the benefit of the consumer. A great example of why voicing your opinion these days matters more than ever.
