GoDaddy has been in the managed WordPress hosting game for a while, and now they have stepped their game up even further by releasing the Pro WordPress platform – which lets you host and manage multiple sites. The Pro WordPress platform from GoDaddy includes PHP 7.1 as a default, with Kubernetes container management, dedicated resources, a ManageWP license, a Gravity Forms license, Sucuri scanning & monitoring, and a free SSL certificate.
“Our chief competitors are other hosts who serve Web Pros like WP Engine, SiteGround, and others,” GoDaddy’s Head of WordPress, Gabriel Mays said. “We differentiate in performance, quality, and value. For example, while our competitors serve their products from a shared environment, we don’t. Our customers get a fully containerized environment with isolated resources. This delivers high performance and failover for high redundancy.”
Pricing for Pro WordPress hosting from GoDaddy starts off at just $14.99/mo for a single website and 20GB of storage. That prices goes down to $9.99/mo if you pay annually. 5 websites and 50GB of storage will run you $54.99/mo, or $34.99/mo if paid annually. Browse all the available plans here.
