Media Temple’s suite of services are all focused on a similar task – managing your hosting platform and services so you can focus on your online business and online presence. As such it comes of little surprise to me that Media Temple has extended their management services to cater to Amazon Web Services customers – unveiling a new managed cloud hosting service which offers SysOps-like services for AWS fans.
“Working with cloud pioneer AWS was an obvious choice and allowed us to focus on developing premium cloud architecture and SysAdmin services that were highly successfully put to the test in the pilot program we conducted a few months ago,” said Brendan Fortune, Product Director, Cloud Solutions at Media Temple.
Media Temple is a member of the AWS Partner Network (APN), a global partner program focused on helping partners build a successful AWS-based business by providing business, technical, marketing, and go-to-market support. To achieve Advanced Technology Partner status, companies must meet stringent requirements and pass an AWS technical review – something Media Temple achieved well before their new services had been officially launched.
Getting started is extremely easy, and FREE. Media Temple’s cloud engineers are more than happy to identify the ideal set of services and options you’re business needs completely free of charge. From there it’s up to you if you wish to manage this yourself or work with Media Temple from then on. Once things are up and running for you Media Temple stays on-staff to monitor, maintain, backup, and essentially manage your AWS environment. Check out the new Media Temple AWS plans here.
