I’ve put together several videos now where I urge business owners to make more use of social networks by communicating more with their customers and their fans – however without some sort of established online presence this is pretty hard to do. How are you going to tell your Facebook followers about your brand new drinks menu if you don’t have a Facebook page? How do you use Twitter or Instagram to market your business if those profiles were never setup? And if none of these were setup – where do you start? Do you make a Facebook page first, or a Google listing?

These questions paved the way for the latest video which aims to discuss where you should start your online presence, and what I have been doing for businesses for the last 5 years which has worked great for me. As usual feel free to watch it above, or directly on YouTube here. Let me know in the comments on YouTube what you think – and feel free to post any questions you may have.

As always, thank you for watching and make sure you’re subscribed to the Rapid Purple YouTube channel for more videos!
