I haven’t really added anything worthwhile to the Free Webmaster Resources Directory in a little while – luckily I’ve been playing around with a few awesome new webmaster resources lately and they seemed to be the perfect candidates to be added to the directory.
First up is Infoactive. Infoactive offers an online platform to develop interactive infographics and data visualizations without any need for designers, programmers, or data analysts. You can then embed your infographic on a blog, download a static image version, or explore it on your phone.
Next up we have Denote, which offers a brand new way to add site search functionality to any website or mobile application. Denote offers analytics, custom search results, and a full blown developer API to handle more advanced demands.
Detectify is a bit of a must-have with all the recent security exploits. Detectify is a SaaS-based website security scanner which audits over 100 various attack points for your website. Using a mix of 0-day and signature based scanning Detectify is able to provide for you an in-depth security report showing just what holes still need to be patched up.
Finally comes Polarr, a web-based photo retouching tool that offers some pretty useful editing features, including adjustments for an images color temperature, exposure, contrast, distortions, watermarks, and much more.
