In an effort to simplify the life of our shared hosting clients who have reached their limits within their existing hosting plan I have integrated a LiveChat functionality into the Hespia control panel we utilize here at Rapid Purple. You will notice it appear in the lower right corner of the screen whenever you access any of the following pages within your control panel:

  • the Renew Plan order page
  • the Upgrade Plan order page
  • the Order New Plan order page

The Control Panel-integrated LiveChat service will be handled by our Sales Department team (the same exact team you can reach by calling 1-866-841-6141. The main purpose of the LiveChat option is to help customers who are not sure what service they need to order if they have run out of resources or have completely outgrown the capacity of their current service. Often times people jump to an upgraded hosting plan when really they only needed to purchase some more bandwidth – which also would have been the cheaper solution.
