The Internet as we know it was built by webmasters, designers, and developers who got their start thanks to a slew of free resources and tutorials that were available to them. This is something that I have always streamed to maintain with Rapid Purple – and it seems Josh Leskar and his team over at Udemy share some of that vision. A few days ago Josh emailed me over a phenomenal infographic they created geared specifically towards those starting off programming with PHP. It outlines the top 10 things all PHP programmers should know – and you know what … I agree with it every single step of the way.

Those of you that have been reading the Rapid Purple posts for a while now probably know that I don’t feature alot of infographics of this sort on here, because frankly most of them are biased in one way or another. This one however hits the nail on the head with all 10 items. As an overall it paints a great picture for what beginner PHP developers are getting themselves into and lays out a perfect introductory paragraph – so to speak.
