Bing made a few significant visual improvements to their homepage over this weekend – and as someone who utilizes a 37″ Samsung HDTV as his at-home monitor – I love every single one of them. First up the images that most of us absolutely love about Bing will now be wide-screen and HD! You should see the HD images by default if your internet connection and screen size support it. If for some reason you don’t you can navigate into your settings to enable it:

Up next is another great update that makes figuring out exactly what the image your looking at is of, or where it was taken – Bing has introduced captions to their homepage accessible via the info tab on the lower right hand side of your screen. Furthermore you can download the image to use as your own monitor wallpaper.
