Google has partnered with PricewaterhouseCoopers in an effort to “bring new and innovative services to companies around the world.

For our clients, acquiring the knowledge most important to their operations, securing that information and using it optimally are critical-now more than ever before,” stated PwC Vice Chairman Mike Burwell. “PwC is teaming with Google to offer our joint knowledge and capabilities to clients-giving them one place to go, maximizing experience and assets from both organizations.

According to MarketWatch, the joint partnership will help to transform business in three areas; improving productivity and serving customers more efficiently, making the most of technology and information by creating new services and optimizing operations, and giving guidance in breaking new ground in businesses.

Ultimately, our collaboration is about helping clients to embrace their journey to the cloud, and transform their organizations to thrive and maintain relevance in a rapidly changing world,” said PwC’s Google Strategic Alliance Leader Tom Archer.

PwC will bring in Google’s business applications to around 40,000 people in the U.S. and 5,000 people in Australia.
