Google first introduced mod_pagespeed back in 2010 – and since then they’ve been hard at work to improve the functionality, quality and performance of this open-source Apache module that automatically optimizes web pages and their resources. Now, after almost two years and eighteen releases, they are announcing that they are taking off the Beta label.
