It looks like Adobe Stock is getting some competition as Shutterstock rolls out a brand new plugin for Photoshop which lets you to search for, trial, and license Shutterstock’s stock images, right from inside Photoshop. The plugin works in much the same way that Adobe Stock functions now – letting you use watermarked images from the Shutterstock library. Modify these images as you wish, and when you are done simply buy the stock image and all of your changes will automatically be applied.

Furthermore existing Shutterstock members who have lightboxes already setup will find them available inside the plugin. That means you can now select images online, add them to a lightbox, and use them within the Shutterstock Photoshop plugin.
