Seeing a reCaptcha on a contact form has become pretty standard these days, and while the overall process of passing the captcha is rather harmless – it can still be rather annoying at times. Luckily Google has found a way to make the entire captcha process entirely invisible! Well as invisible as it can get. Anyone that the algorithm deems to be suspect will still be faced with the usual reCaptcha checkboxes or images, however everyone else will never see the reCaptcha at all. Just a nice, clean, simple, form.

Google hasn’t released much information about this, which is probably a good thing so that it’s harder for people to write a bot to bypass it. Check out more about the new invisible reCaptcha here, or sign-up to use it for your website here.
